The hotel shows great hospitality. As a returning guest, a cake and card was placed on the table and it was a pleasant surprise as I checked in. The room has a balcony and was very spacious. The check in and check out was very fast and upon checking out, Ms Tracy helped to call the transport company just to ensure that my pick up was in order. The food massage was very good and the breakfast and lunch set was very delicious. Super clean hotel and 5 mins to the lake. The drinks at the bar/restaurant are good! You can see the sunrise at the pool level.Highly recommend all to stay here.

雖然第二天沒房間了沒續住到。房間有點小。但是前台是真熱情啊。其他的一切都好很方便。所有酒店裡麵做的應該是最滿意的一家。前台那幾個是真的熱情啊。

The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the room is clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely be returning if we ever go back to Hanoi!

We really enjoyed our stay at Classyc Hotel! Best thing was all the staff - everyone was so friendly, helpful and smiling all the time! We were welcomed with drinks and snacks on our arrival, got brought up to our room, and every time we go out and come back, they will open the door for us and greet us! Room was comfortable with everything we need - the only thing I would change is having slippers instead of thongs, but that's our preference only. Breakfast was amazing, it had great selection of choices including local food and coffee, all the staff again were so attentive and friendly! On departure we were gifted with a cute Vietnam souvenir which was a lovely touch! Thank you to all the staff members during our stay, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hanoi!

這個酒店無論如何也無法達到五星酒店的基本要求。酒店的門臉很小，房間和國內的快捷酒店一般，空間狹小，衞生間甚至兩個人都無法打轉，馬桶是那種掛牆的還特別小特別低。這麼貴的酒店，沒有窗戶，沒有浴缸，木地板。價格已經超過日本東京和法國的同類酒店。不過要説的是服務真是不錯，衞生也不錯。

Это была наша первая поездка во Вьетнам и первый отель, в котором мы останавливались во время нашего путешествия. Выбор был сделан идеально- отель расположен на границе старого квартала и французского квартала. Расположен в непосредственной близости(шаговой) к основным достопримечательностям центра Ханоя. Отель новый, чистый, номера комфортные, с отличной кроватью и сан.узлом. На ресепшен посетителей встречают приветственными напитками, весь багаж доставляют непосредственно в номер.Вообще сервис в отеле очень приятный, гостеприимный Прекрасный завтрак, блюда как европейской, так и вьетнамской кухни, все продукты- высочайшего качества.. На крыше отеля- открытый бассейн с панорамой старого города. Рекомендую к посещению и в следующий раз обязательно остановимся в этом отеле!
